Gegužės 20 dieną 16.30 val. II aukšto foje Vilniaus universiteto Dainų ir šokių ansamblis kviečia į nuotraukų parodos ,,SUAUSTI” pristatymą.
Ši paroda – apie jausmus, mus lydinčius kasdienybėje. Apie žvilgsnius prieš pradedant šokį. Apie tylą prieš pirmąją natą. Apie šypsenas, kurios gimsta iš meilės. Apie neįkyriai mumyse gyvuojantį lietuviškumą. Apie muziką, kuri aidi ilgai ilgai. Galvoje, širdyje, o kartais ir sapnuose.
2025 metais Vilniaus universiteto Dainų ir šokių ansamblis minėjo 85-ąjį Jubiliejų. Sukaktis paskatino prisiminti bei pasidalinti tomis ansamblio gyvavimo akimirkomis, kurios per pastarąjį dešimtmetį buvo saugomos kolektyvo archyve. Fotografijose užfiksuoti koncertai, repeticijos, pasiruošimo užkulisiai ir emocijos, lydinčios ansamblio narius.
Parodos tikslas – iš arčiau parodyti šio kolektyvo gyvenimą. Paroda tęsia Vilniaus universiteto Dainų ir šokių ansamblio 85-mečio minėjimo renginių ciklą.

THE WOVEN | Exhibition of the Vilnius University Song and Dance Ensemble
There are places where, even after many years, you return and feel as if you have never left.
Because of the people. And because of a feeling – like a warm breeze on a summer evening, the scent of the spring after a long winter.
In the Ensemble we discovered much more than song or dance. We found connection – with ourselves, with each other, with our homeland. We learned to be together, on stage and in life. Just like trees in the forest: each standing on its own, yet intertwined at the roots. Holding and lifting one another when times are hard, embracing and supporting each other in moments of joy.
This exhibition is about the feelings that accompany us every day. About the glance before the dance begins. About the silence before the first note. About the smiles born of love. About the quiet sense of Lithuanian spirit that lives within us. About music that echoes for a long, long time – in the mind, the heart, and sometimes even in dreams.
In 2025 Vilnius University Song and Dance Ensemble celebrated its 85th anniversary. The occasion inspired us to remember and share moments from the Ensemble’s life that have been preserved in the collective archive over the past decade. The photographs capture concerts, rehearsals, behind-the-scenes preparations, and the emotions of the Ensemble’s members. They mark and commemorate the time when, behind the drawn curtains of the pandemic, we celebrated the Ensemble’s 80th jubilee.
The aim of the exhibition is to offer a closer look at the life of this collective. It continues the series of events celebrating the 85th anniversary of the Vilnius University Song and Dance Ensemble.
